They were repairing my computer for more then a year because :1. they did not have spares for it, forgot to order spares, lost my computer, ordered wrong part. They increased the cost of the repair. After their job quite strangely most of the vital parts of computer needed to be replaced. They also managed to ruin the keybord but denied responsibility and the owner threatened to destroy my computer as a solution of the dispute. I left more then £300 at that place.
