BAD BAD BAD. The inconpetency of this firm resulted in me being fined £750 due to them making payments related to my purchase 1 year too late despite numerous emails & conversations taking place to avoid this. It would appear that they simply kept some of my money in their account when it should have been applied to the purchase. :-(
